A recognized expertise
With 30 years of experience in Research & Development and IT innovations, including 20 years at the service of the disabled, I share this knowledge and the results of my work with you.
Very often the research and development done to compensate for handicaps leads to widely used "mainstream" applications. This is the case of the telephone (Graham Bell), home automation, remote control, voice synthesis, among others. This is also the case for ABRI, a software program initially designed for the disabled, which is now useful for able-bodied elderly people.
Based on a strong experience gathered over the years, and reinforced by university contributions in Cognitive Engineering and Interface Semiotics, my work facilitates human-computer interactions by providing the end-user with simple, logical and coherent devices. (Affordance)
